چکیده

Endometrial receptivity is highly correlated with the implantation rate, whereby in Indonesia, rate among vitro fertilisation programs still low, around 19.3%. Antagonist ovarian stimulation protocol can disrupt physiological endocrine milieu by presence of supra-physiological levels estrogen and progesterone, both which are thought to indirectly affect expression adhesion molecule cells. Homeobox A 10 (HOXA10) one biomarkers used assess endometrial receptivity. The role HOXA10 critical during stage development embryo implantation, mice human. This work optimally administering autologous platelet rich plasma (PRP) damaged endometrium. aim this study was prove that administration PRP an antagonist endometrium Wistar rats higher than without PRP. research experimental study. design for randomized posttest only controlled group, using female Wistar-strain type. total 40 whose ovary were stimulated GnRH divided into 2 groups, 20 as intervention group done control group. It found study, there no significant difference between regarding age body weight rats, at start end results H-score 3.15 (2.86-3.52) 1.68 (1.43-2.18) (p <0.05). Administration showed significantly administration.

Platelet Rich Plasma ( PRP ) Therapy

Molloy, et. al., (2003) address specific growth factors encountered in ligament and tendon healing. After reading about the factors found in superficial wounds, above, these should appear familiar, including: Platelet derived growth factor (PDGF)—produced shortly after tendon injury, stimulates production of other growth factors such as IGF-1, and is involved in the tissue remodeling phase of h...

Efficacy of Autologous Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Activated By Thromboplastin-D on the Repair and Regeneration of Wounds in Dogs

Objective- To evaluate the effects of autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) on wound healing in dogs. Design- Experimental in-vivo study. Animals- 5 mix-breed male adult dogs. Procedures- Under general anesthesia, six 2 × 2-cm, full-thickness skin wounds were created on the back of dogs symmetrically. In each dog, three right side wounds were treated topically with 1.5 ml PRP jelly, whereas lef...

Platelet rich plasma (PRP) for facial rejuvenation

As a result, human growth factors have been widely studied and today there are clinical applications of several individual growth factors. Examples are a keratinocyte growth factor (Kepivance®, Sweden) for oral mucositis and platelet derived growth factor (Regranex, UK) for non-healing diabetic wounds. However, these exogenous growth factors, when applied outside their normal environment, may h...
